You could have misplaced the bones in the arms or something of the sort. Go back to PMD/PMX editor and make sure the bones/materials are in the right place.

You probably moved both the bones and physics, if not, there are too many vertices. This could also be the result of colliding physics.Β

Very nice! One thing though. To make the first one look a little better, try scaling the tips of the ears together to form a point. Then, continue to scale until it is even C:Β
