Anthony leaned on a cold fence made of pipes. He looked down at the street beneath and saw only darkness.
"It's almost dusk, where on earth is my opponent..." he said to himself.
The young Lucario had been expecting the one who would determine if the journey for his dream would continue since morning, that is what one would call morning in a dream. He had tried to kill sometime by practicing the moves he thought on using, and of course with his steel stainless dagger.
"At least I'll have some advantage in the shadows, that is if he or she decides to come tonight"
Slowly his mind began drifting away from this dream and began entering another, a dream within a dream. He began to bring back memories, lots of memories, happy memories he hope to claim once again and sad painful ones he hope would be erased forever.
"I simply cannot lose, i can't lose her twice!"
At that moment he felt what he though was a silent laugh, a chuckle.
He felt a presence near him. Though it was only for a second, he couldn't believe he hadn't noticed it before, it had obviously been there some time, who knows how long. Perhaps his thoughts had clouded his mind letting down his guard.
"You've been here a while, haven't you?" he said without turning back

"heh, longer than you to be exact" the shadow answered." And i must admit, it has been interesting..."
