It's a pretty beautiful piece, I must say. I see a mixture of Sailor Moon background elements, a slight ode to Van Gogh "Starry Night", all with the glimmer and glory that revolves around the Shojo genre, but with Sailor Moon's visuals as well.
I like the palette and the central focus of Usagi juxtaposed with the moon a great deal.

(It's funny when you pronounce Gogh in the original Dutch.)
