Synopsis: A mischevious dude that likes playing pranks on people. Despite of his age, he acts like a kid. Comet leaves star fragments around the world (pieces of his necklace) and if someone finds one he offers to grant them a wish! However, if their intensions are unjust/greedy then he'll crush their wish into pieces and give them misfortune instead.
