My first foray into mainstream comics - Prophet issue 21 - came out this week, and sold out immediately at the distributor level. To quote a press release: "Kicking off an all-new era for Rob Liefeld's Extreme titles, PROPHET #21 opens with John Prophet awakening from cryosleep in the distant future on an Earth that has been inhabited by alien settlers. His mission is simple: Re-start the human empire."Basically, myself and my erstwhile compatriot Brandon Graham were given an old Rob Liefeld character - a super-soldier named John Prophet - and told to do whatever we wanted.
So we did, and set about building a whole world of weirdness to set adventures in. With myself, Brandon, Farel Dalrymple, and Giannis Milonogiannis all set to draw the next 11 issues, it should be awesome.

I take it this also takes place in the same universe as "bar fight" and the Amphorans? If so does that mean the "mole aliens" from the background of bar fight and Kal-Tuhn are somehow related?

Ah-ha! They're not connected, really, but they are the same character designs. The main problem with that now is that I've got to design new one for all my projects!
