The protagonists from Devil Survivor 1 and 2. A bit of a tribute to the games, they're fantastic! *u*However, both of the games have horrific final bosses I'm still stuck on DS2's final boss ffff

Ah Devil Survivor.....probably one of my favorite DS games(Still waiting for Overclocked in Britain here! ¬_¬) though I will agree, last bosses are brutal....though I havent made it to Polaris yet, Babel...."makes a sign of the cross"

You still don't have Overclocked? o: Well, I say that assuming we have it in the US, I don't have a 3DS so I didn't keep up with it xD
Babel was really difficult, especially depending on what route you first took. I went with Naoya's route the first time and having to fight all the Bels again and then fight Babel right after without a save or heal or anything was terrible!!
I just defeated Polaris yesterday!! :'D It really, really depends on your line-up and your passive skills. How far are you in DS2?

Yeah, Atlus has a thing for nearly always leaving Europe out of the loop....and you didn't suspend data every time you defeated a Bel? Tbh I found Babel in Atsuro's Route to be the hardest, because you have to defeat the full powered Babel while demons continue to spawn in, bearing high agility and healing for Babel. Amane/Naoya's was just hard, and Gin's was just laughable.
And as for DS2, I'm on the last day on Al Saiduq's path, currently fighting Otome and Airi.

D; That sucks, will it be released soon or will you just order it from NA? No, I didn't...LOL oops! xD The only time I've ever suspended data is on the fight against Yamato..who was the second most difficult boss besides Polaris xD I swear that battle gave me an ulcer or something.
I don't remember Atsuro's route giving me too much of a headache o: Probably because after carrying over high powered demons from the first playthrough everything was relatively easy xD Hahaha yeah agreed with Gin's route! I did all the routes besides Amane and Yuzu.
Oh nice, I was thinking of doing his route next o: I heard you have to complete really specific things for it?

It's going to be released in February, then I can finally pick it up(Thank you Ghostlight!)
As for the routes,It was only the final boss of Atsuro's path that really frustrated me, even on NG+, but of course,Amaterasu's Megidolaon/Holy Dance just steamrolls everything. I did Amane's path first, and I did Yuzu's last, it was only two battles long :/
It's the first route I'm doing so I'm not really clear on the differences and I still haven't finished it yet....but I DO know that you start out with only yourself and Al Saiduq, and your first battle is against Hinako,Jungo and 4 other lackeys....oh and a Level 76 Shiva. The specific stuff probably involves the final boss, and Al Saiduq does hint that he can't harm Polaris......

Holy dance / Megido / etc are really miracle skills. They bypass blocks and repels, which rocks ;D I wanted to do all of the paths in DS1 so I could say I completed the game 100%, but I didn't really like either of their paths so I just quit after doing Naoya > Gin > Atsuro's paths. I might do all the paths in DS2 though if I run out of games to play, we'll see o: What path will you do next?
WOW that's pretty difficult! Good luck, man o: Have you at least been recruiting people? I managed to recruit everyone except Airi in the end. Also, I highly recommend having Hinako + Multi-strike + Rpl Phys. It'll help you out big time! :]

Yup, hopefully the voice acting isn't too bad, I mean a lot of people thought that FF4's voice acting was terrible, but to me it was tolerable. Almighty skills are brilliant except for one thing: They don't give you Extra Turns since you can't exploit weaknesses, and when it's from the enemy......THEY HURT.
Funny enough, I started with Amane(Probably because of my faith), then all the neutral paths(Gin and Atsuro), then finished off with Naoya and Yuzu. The next path in DS2 I will probably do is Daichi's, and I'm considering just ignoring Yamato and Ronaldo, because one is a 24-carat bastard, and the other is somewhat naive.
And yes, I've been recruiting everyone except for Keita....tbh I couldn't care less about him, I mean if he wants to do things alone, I'd say let him. No point in putting him in my team. And yes, Hinako + Multi-Strike(Pierce) just steamrolls everything XD, I think it even beats Atsuro's Deathbound + Pierce. Of course both of them had Phys Repel included.

FF4? o: Final Fantasy? And yeahh, I heard some of the voice acting.. well, Yuzu sounds a little annoying [when she's talking she sounds ok, but when she's yelling lol], but Atsuro, Amane, and Naoya sound fine? xD I think those are the only voices in the trailer that I heard. Yeahh, that's true o: The farther you get in the games, more enemies have them! It sucks when a boss has them and they get a ridiculous amount of turns [cough Yamato cough].
Haha it seems we completed the routes opposite of each other xD Yeah, Yamato and Ronaldo's routes kind of annoy me. Despite the fact I'm not a big fan of him, Daichi's route is the best for me :] Just let people do what they need to do to live, Yamato and Ronaldo would just brainwash people into doing what they think is best, you know?
Ough, yeah I never liked Keita. I don't understand how someone could be such a douche :I I thought maybe he'd become nicer after we all worked as a team, but that never changed. I don't even know how I got his rank to 4 haha! I think that's one thing I dislike compared to DS1, there were so many characters so there was less time for them to grow. DS2 could have scratched some characters I think xD

Nah I found it out in a Free Battle, it freezes the game BUT it starts working again when you leave it for a few minutes(2-5)- Ghostlight have said that a patch is coming in eShop soon so not that big of a deal anymore.....
And the Devil Survivor 2 Animation is actually very good, they have about five subbed episodes atm. We actually look a little at Yamato's childhood, why he turned out how he did, Daichi and his demons becomes the comedic source. All in all, not bad at all.

That's quite the glitch o: At least it resumes the game afterwards rather than just freezing until you restart. I remember once I was playing Tales of the Abyss and I was in the middle of a boss fight and the game froze because too many skills were being used and then the boss used his special xD Game couldn't take it I suppose.
Interesting! 0: I like when the anime go deeper into the story than the game did, I feel that's almost the purpose of the show xD If that makes sense haha.

And 3 months later, I finally have Overclocked! In terms of voice acting, everyone is alright: Yuzu is not that annoying, Midori sounds exactly how I would expect her to be: loud, in your face, over enthusiastic, Naoya sounds like a dick (which he kind of is, so it fits). The only problem I have is Kaido does not sound as angry or hot-blooded as he should. He sounds a little too calm, not like someone that keeps his rage on a short leash.
Of course the big problem with Overclocked is a glitch in the game: If you try and summon a demon from your stock in game, the whole thing freezes. Which is a real spanner in the works when fighting Belberith.
BTW, have you been watching the Devil Survivor 2 anime?

Whoaa, that's a pretty bad glitch! I hope you learned about that via the internet rather than in the middle of a battle!
