In any fantasy Chinaland setting I may use, she can be placed in it. She's one of the leaders of the Triad criminal organization. It's named after the real life Chinese mafias, but in-universe it is named so because three separate criminal organizations decided to band together so they could conduct their operations easier through the added size and power of the three coming together.
