Your anatomy, I believe, needs serious work. If she's got such a thin torso and legs, then she wouldn't be able to support such a huge belly. Even if she could, it'd be extremely painful for her, and I doubt she'd be able to stand. I don't mind people drawing pregnant women, but please be realistic.
