This mark led me on another short experiment; the usual metal border didn't look right no matter what I did with it, so I gave the edge of the mark a bit of a glow instead.How does it look?

That's right. Most of these wallpapers use the same few tricks (just about the only ones I know well) with slight changes like that glow, or the stars on Luna's mark.
Should I ever learn to draw instead of just applying filters and such to simple things, that's when the real fun begins.
