no prob, sometimes i just wish when some people vandalize, it would help if they made it meaningful, or really detailed

Yeah. The sad thing is that it takes sometime to do something lovely, but when your doing something illegal time is not something you have a lot of.

If was there seeing somone doing graffiti and they seemed more interested in the art and I saw a cop I would try and create a distraction that wouldn't cause back up. Its art, and ALL ART should be defended as long as it truly expresses something. Even if it sucks, the fact someone is willing to try harder to get better than its art.
