Let people identify how they want. It's not going to fucking hurt you to just accept people. Some people use unusual genders like this because that's how they genuinely feel.
And besides, gender is socially constructed anyway.
The idea of there being more than two genders is an idea that's older than Feudalism. In fact, it's been around since Mesopotamia.
