The Wagners are continually coming to realise that with a mutant baby, it does no good to put things high up and out of reach. Oh, the joy of having a little boy who can walk on walls ^_^ I love the idea of Kurt just having those little shepherd's spots over his eyes when he was really little. Full eyebrows came later.I'll be posting the lineart I did for this in Scraps, so ckeck that out if you'd like.
(P.S. Full view! Little Kurt is fuzzy and his fuzz wants to be seen ^_^)

Well dang. Usually I don't comment on stuff that's more then a couple years old, since I figure the artist has improved and not looking at that particular piece anyway. However, seeing as how I love looking at this piece and even saved it to my flickr account in case it gets deleted so I can fangirl over it if it's gone from DA forever, I'd better comment!
Like others said, Kurt is adorable!! Great work! His fur is a good length, since the cartoons can't draw it in such detail, it's great fan artists can go nuts with it.
The background and Kurt is simple in style, yet appealing. The anatomy is good, but the ears might be a little high up, (but maybe
they just look like that to me because they're pointy?), but I'm sure you've improved on this. Everything else is fine, but I wish his tail hadn't been so hidden.
It makes him unique from, like, Beast and others. 
Again, great work. Keep it up!!

the animalistic traits you've rendered in such detail are what make this stand out for me. the tiny fangs, the downy fuzz, the dark paw pads and the eye spots are perfect.

I love the way you've shown his fur and made it look like his eyes have a glow while not making them appear as a solid yellow as is sometimes shown. kurt has always been one of my most favourite mutants. I love that you have shown him as a small child. It doesn't seem often that anyone comes across pictures of him young.
