they are made with FIMO Air, it's a super light weight molding/crafting material sold in most well-ranged crafting stores. It air-dryes or you can microwave it to dry faster and you can smooth it down with sand paper! It's my favorite thing to make things like horns out of because it's actually light enough to be glued or screwed straight onto the wig!
