There was an art festival happening in Chester, Nova Scotia back in early September 2017. I missed a part of it, but I did go around taking pictures of various art locations.I took this photo up on Blockhouse Hill, a property that's not usually open to the public. However, it was open for the art festival. There's a fantastic view of the harbour from up on that hill.
