Yes, the manga does continue on to a new arc! But Togashi is currently on a hiatus due to health issues.

I sure hope that Togashi will get better. He created such a great story and so many people enjoy his work. It would be sad if we had to wait for years again. By the way, do you know what health issues he has? I have heard that he suffers from depression but I am not too sure about it.
I ordered all 32 volumes of the manga now... it will be expensive but it's worth the money. β₯

From what I've read it does seem like he suffers from depression, as well physical issues such as extreme back pain I believe? But yeah I hope he will recover as well, there's no point in going back to work if he'll just make himself ill again. So I'm hoping that he'll take whatever time he needs.Β

It's sad to hear that a great artist like Togashi suffers from depression but I sure hope that he is okay.Β Even if he decidesΒ not to continue HunterxHunter I wish him best health. Depression isΒ a serious disease after all. One can never know what people actually thinkΒ or might do.
