! that's an impressive design. down of the massive structure starts surrealism.
color tones are well choosed too .

This really IS a stunner, I'm entirely taken with it.
I like how it's so mightily compelling in the smaller views, and then the color adds a lovely new dimension in the larger ones.
Normally, to reduce a subject to such "bare bones" as these effectively iconocizes it, and makes it more universal to us all and all our experiences, more familiar because it's less unfamiliar. This is often a potent strategy.
So what makes this so cool is that you've pulled that off, but then with this sheen of color have invest some richness back into it. I'm not sure I like the color far right - that might have been a good place for pure silhouette - but honestly it takes the eye forever to even wander over there, because your central subject is so compelling.
The mixtures of bronzes and cobalts on the building itself seem like the perfect primary color contrasts to have there, both stylized to the point of unreal, yet uncannily natural and believable. And the blown-out edge and high-contrast tonality make it shiningly charismatic.
Finally, the absence of "environmental detail" (above or below) is perfect for a shot like this, back to the iconic strength mentioned above. Sky and water are communicated to the viewer with not just minimal but pure economy-of-means. The building is the star, and there's nary a distracting bit of "reality" to distract us from it. Combined with the fundamentally grand perspective of the shot, and the implication of the sun downing to the left, it's about as resonant as you could ever hope for. The story here is told fundamentally in black, and it's a marvelous visual.

great composition. the black and white is very balanced . i am not sure about the gray part though. it makes the whole look dirty . you could use a color in that part. well just an opinion ...
