Honestly, though, I'm in love. It's 97% Daveed's fault, 2% Lin's fault, and 1% because Thomas Jefferson actually tried to support the French revolution. ("Have you forgotten Lafayette?")

One of my favorite things about the show is that Madison lITERALLY is ONLY there to be TJeff's backup. 90% of his lines are repeating Thomas. ("Such a blunder, sometimes it makes me wonder, why I even bring the thunder.""Why he even brings the thunder!") and the rest is when he's literally the most useful person??? (The Room Where It Happens) and I just. These two.

So, yeah, the SASS Daveed brings to this character, especially this line, I had to draw it. And Madison's lil voice crack when he says "Please" like what IS that??? I don't know but I love it. I love these two. I love Hamilton. I've listened to it somewhere around twenty times now and I can't stop. Yesterday I listened to it on repeat for like twelve hours. I'm gonna have to start attending NA or something.
