This is one of my favorite gemsonas! Gold Pearl is an odd blend of spunky and grim, with her preppy fashion and attitude strictly contrasting her overwhelming pessimism. She has the power of seeing the date and cause of anyone's death, including her own, and has managed to find an odd balance between the fear of losing her loved ones and embracing the life she has!Related content

The color of this piece is really vibrant and cute, I especially love this gemsona's color palette, rather than just gold, I see that her theme also lean toward energetic orange and that also help depict a part of her personality. Her facial features are really similar with those in steven universe's official art, the steady linework also fits perfectly with this cartoon styled artwork, I think you did a really good job ! I also have a small recommendation if you want your future drawing to be more resembling of SU-official-art, notice that they use hard block of color in shadow area, you should try to use hard brush to shade too rather than just using soft brush! Don't be afraid of hard edges, they are your friend, combine them wisely with soft edge and your art will POP. Keep up the good work !
