Harold Menlow is the CEO of a tech conglomerate and presents himself as a lovably eccentric inventor. In reality he's only ever personally developed a fraction of what he's patented and his eccentric behavior is less lovable and more infuriating. He's prone to outbursts of anger when he thinks he's being bested or upstaged, especially when someone catches him in a lie. Honey Trap got her start under him when Menlow helped avenge her buyout at her old job, but left her for the cops when he needed a patsy.

Because he wants the attention that costumed adventurers get, he moonlights as Electromagus, a vaguely cyberpunk style criminal who utilizes a lot of high tier gear--most notably an electromagnetic control rig based off of Powersurge's own suit; with it, he can exert control over various EM effects such as microwave blasts, ferrous metal manipulation, and levitation.
