Come on, now! Where are you sticking that thing?Let me make clear that this sculpture is only of the button, not the Kirby doll itself. Kirby, who was generously donated by Flame Lord Eric, only serves as the perfect stand for showing off the Franklin Badge.
Anyways, this badge is one of the new items in Smash Bros. Brawl. Stick it on, and apparently you're immune to projectile weapon attack for a while. It seems to originate from the world of EarthBound, which is why it has "Mother" written on it, as that is the series's name in Japan.
The badge is currently stuck to the ceiling of my car, so hopefully it will protect me against projectile car crashes.

I can't seem to tell the size of it from the photo but I imagine it's the same size as your average lapel badge.

It was copied straight OUT, more accurately; the colors on the edges were blended outwards so that they could feasibly be folded down over the edge of the button proper.
It's about three inches in diameter, or as you would say in Angle-Land, five stone and six quid.
