Then I thought of the great but the poor girl had too many ones, which incited her not to make them free anymore, which I can understand... so if you agree then please send me a note so the surprise won't be spoilt to the others, plus I think it'll be easier for us to talk in private.

I agree. She never really apologized outright for the way she treated Sly, and she continued to give Sly something of a hard time (flirting with Galleth, snapping at Sly when he tried to get a word in edgewise during the final briefing in medieval England, etc.) right up till the very end. And no one ever really called her OUT on her behavior either, which is something I'd like to see in the next game.
Well, either that, or for Carmelita to finally realize outright that Sly's fine just the way he is, and that she shouldn't have been so narrow minded. Personally, I'd like to think that this pic happens after "Thieves in Time," and that Carmelita came across one of Sly's old calling cards in her evidence drawer. That she's taking a moment to remember all the things that the master thief did for her in the past. And how she never considered ANY of it when she was giving him such a hard time during the whole time travel adventure. And how she might never see Sly again. That, in the end, she was too selfish and stubborn to realize what she had until it was gone; and that she might never be able to get it back.
That's what I'd like to believe, anyway. Do you agree that's what she finally realized when she found Sly's photo of her at the end of "Thieves in Time?"

Oh, I had an idea for when Sly and Anya are in 9th grade. Sly's having problems (because in my high school, swimming was a part of gym class) and Anya's trying to help him and he nearly drowns trying to show off in 3 ft of water and is embarrassed because Anya has to pull him up out of it. Of course, they're alone, so it's just between them, but still. it's a bonding moment and hilarious beforehand. XD

Eh, sort of. Going to do it page by page, see what happens. Right now I'm trying to design the kid versions of the cast. I can draw Sly as an adult, but... i'm also debating about pants. Because Bentley in the comics and certain cut scenes, he has clothes on over his shell, shirts, and pants. lol So I'm going over some basic designs. Also, haven't drawn Bentley before except one failed attempt. XD Murray's a little easier, but... haha. Β Giving it a go. I'll post them up when I'm done, with the designs. They're lazy pencil sketches, but... XD

Oh, definitely, he's hilarious when he's making a fool out of himself. XD By that time they'll be friends. XD Middle school is the trial to becoming friends. XD Well, the comic that introduced how they first met had him in paris for the first time. (So this whole thing is going to be happening in France, just not in Paris, but close enough.) When he gets to the Opera House where he meets Carmelita, he's already left and Anya's looking for colleges. A few times later, Sly's flirting with her and Anya sees it. She KNOWS about Carmelita. It's that she runs past the van and Murray and Bentley see her. But for her sake, despite seeing her crying, she makes them promise not to tell Sly. Because she missed her chance. She was going to let him go on and do what he had to for his family legacy. (which her parents told her near the end of high school and she tried to tell Sly she was all right with it, but he did everything he could to hide it from her and in turn left before she could.)
At first, he does just mess with Carmelita because it's fun, thinks she's unobtainable, but stuff developed, as we all know. But Anya was his first love even if he, himself, didn't realize it until after everything.

You really have thought your story through. Have you ever thought about writing a fanfiction. That way you can go into more details that you can't when drawing a comic.

I actually used to write fanfiction, when I was back in High School, when my drawing skills weren't that great. But after trying to write out Blood War, which was my first Sly Cooper fanfiction (and seriously crappy XD) and getting a rabid fan harassing me both on Fanfiction.net and on AIM about making it into a SlyxBentley fic and people just start bashing my ideas back and forth, I stopped.
I probably should go back into fanfiction... but a lot of people don't read anymore. I'm also lazy and it's easier to skip over certain details in a comic, despite the more work with drawing it out. It's also easier to write out a scene with absolutely no talking, where you're skipping time over. (Like when Sly has a Night-Terror about what happened to his parents while he's at Anya's house and she's there when he wakes up and just clings to her for hours.)

That's one reason I don't like writing fanfiction. People can be really cruel. Especially if you're like me. I have bad grammar and spelling! Plus terrible ideas. That equals a big "This girl sucks!" lol. But I think everyone has been in that stage of there life. You should see some of the stuff my friend used to write when we were in middle school.

With drawing I could see that being easier somewhat. Like you don't have to describe curtains or the way someone is looking at another character.

Yeah. I was debating about giving one a try, see what happens. I wrote a quick fanfiction thing, with two Pikachu, based on some suggestions for a quick one-shot. Turned out sad. But I like it for what it was. lol
Yeah. He just didn't have it in him to play it cool. They actually talked about it before they both fell asleep like that. Anya has night terrors herself, about her mom being murdered, but she doesn't tell Sly this. Anya's parents actually heard him screaming and ran to go see him, but they saw that Anya had it, and they talk a little about it outside of the room while Anya's taking care of Sly. He was a bit embarrassed, but after Anya told him it was all right, and told him it wouldn't leave the room, he just clung to her more and falls asleep in her arms.
See, these two are so close, everyone thought they would be together, except them. Anya does try after High School, after learning what he had been hiding from her, but then Carmelita... -shrugs- Sly didn't want to pull her down. She was too sweet and innocent, he didn't want to turn her into a criminal. Because she was so dedicated to her friends, he was afraid she would accept without thinking it through fully, unlike Bentley and Murray. So he just didn't say anything. Then Carmelita appeared, a cop, automatically unobtainable as he was a thief... until shit happened. lol
It's all right. xD Just because I have no life and check DeviantArt at least once an hour doesn't mean you have to. lol
