I felt that Tim was independent enough in his design to not be compared to Peg Leg Pete, but Harry here is most certainly an alternate universe version of Goofy, and I'd imagine he'd go through an evolution both in name and character, from "Dippy" to "Goofy".Some more Disney characters from an alternate universe:
