I try not to be angry, but yes, most of my art is some sort of negative emotional venting, so that's true.
He's a long story. Actually, all of the horned ones are. They actually come from dreams, and if I was to relay the whole story, you'd probably think me as sort of crazy, which is a reputation I guess I deserve .
I guess it just goes with the story of his life, which I don't know all too much about. I think that through these dreams I learned a lot about perception and how we label things with "horns" or mammalian wings or even something beautiful as either mysterious, untrustworthy, or just altogether too different to be good. Sometimes I think we train ourselves to be too paranoid of the world because it's a necessity when there is actually something good inside of what we label as evil through its physical appearance. This guy in particular has been sort of a mystery to me, so open yet never really open to his true self which he has to keep hidden.
Wow speaking of ranting-I should stop before I put someone to sleep . Sorry about that. I don't know if I'm answering your question at all.

You are answering alright... you would never put me to sleep, I've always liked to dive inside other ppl's minds, especially artists as good as you.
Funny thing is I remember having some very significant dreams years ago that pointed the way for me artwise and in my personal life years ago.
You sound like a very deep man, I agree on the judging the book by its cover part of your "ranting". Thank you for answering, I'll be watching your work here on DA.

Excellent anatomy and toning. The bright whites against the extremely dark shadows really make this piece stand out - it feels like an early morning sun coming through the window. I love that hair - hah, reminds me of a kid from highschool actually. Except his was about 3 times as lo - err, tall.
Can't stop looking at that midsection. You did amazingly with that. Well done!

If it was colored, it would be DD material. Even uncolored it's an amazing drawing, with a touch of humor.

You're welcome, but I just call them as I see them. When you do color him, don't go with red, it's too clichΓ©d for this drawing.
