ok so i'm a huge tailsmo fan<3 there just so cute! anyways this is bascialy after cosmo dies....and i dunno he just thinks (not actually) he see her and tries to make a wish on a shooting star...i was inspired by vanilla twilight the lyrics just fit with the picture :
