It's just some fanart of the JW Velociraptor Blue, and I believe the colour is right now, it's doesn't look like a 'Blue' Indominus.
I have pixel commissions here if anyone becomes interested Pixel Commissions (Open)I can draw: Anything, especially wolves, but will draw anything else.
What I can't draw: NSFW and mature content. I can do light gore though.
