Description So, for my Japanese reading class, we got the assignment of drawing a passage from the beginning of Yukiguni (Snow Country) by Yasunari Kawabata to show that we understood the text.
This passage loosely translates to "The colour of the snow was invisible because of the barracks resembling the station building scattered around by the foot of the mountain and from that point on, everything was swallowed up by the darkness" (sorry for my weak attempt at translating )

I should've coloured the mountains darker though...
Anyway, it definitely was the best homework I got for a Japanese class, I had so much fun!
