Anson Mount is the lead actor in AMC's amazing show, "Hell on Wheels"; a brilliant tale set around the most unlikely and most intriguing of characters in the 1860s during the time of the First Transcontinental Railroad across the United States.
Definitely worth a watch.

Anyway, in real life, Anson Mount has a dog named Mac. A couple weeks ago he posted a photo of Mac on his Facebook page, it was so adorable I couldn't resist drawing him - modifying his attire to somewhat match the costume of Anson's character.
Took a few days on and off, didn't really time myself.
Can't decide if I should color this or not.
Doubt MrMount will ever see it anyway - great practice though.

My scanner washed out a lot of detail at first so I had to compensate the contrast and exposure levels.
