Because I was asked to and I'm a good boy who always does as he's told... Particularly when 'doing what I'm told' includes drawing Milla with another cute baby~
Yeah, so really I was just trying to figure out good textures and everything... I think I've got the hair figured out now... And I like that sweater texture better than my last few attempts... I'd like some opinions on them, if that's alright~?
So yes, I gave Milla another baby because frankly Milla NEEDS a baby... She DESERVES one... After all she's been through I'd very much like her to get her happy ending and end up with a baby or two... Or three... Or more...
Anyway... I promised I'd name the baby Tara, because of the thumb-sucking and just general, over-all cuteness... So everyone meet Tara~
I don't know who the two other kids are... But they are most definitely two RANDOM children... Yep... They are not in any way related to any couple I may or may not ship... Not at all... Any similarities to existing Psychonauts characters is completely incidental... Mm-hm... That is all...
And yeah, as always I was too lazy to add in a background... I should probably work on my background skills and enthusiasm... Oh well...

I'm sorry, I'm sorry... Psychonauts is just a hard style, okay? And I really did try combining features but everything looked wrong... This was the best I could do and all I get are comments telling me that it sucks...

You are, but that's alright. And I do like this, Milla looks very happy and radiant as always. The kids look like they're just barely keeping from fighting. It's very nice.

Oooh, cute! With Milla's love of kids, we all know she'd spoil the carp out of those kids. Sasha'd be at loss on what he could do to spoil those kids xD
I do have some crit though, relating to the SO UNRELATED children at Milla's feet. Maybe you should diversify their looks a little?
Both kids look way too much like one of the parents. Maybe try for jumbling various elements together. Maybe make the boy's face square, the girls facial shape a rectangle? Or spots of green hair in one of their locks? Different hair styles, different colored eyes based on recessive genes that could be there? Have some fun, you could get away with a lot considering how colorful the Psychonauts universe is.
Right now, I find both children to be way too like their parents. Including the little boy's head looking like it is legit Sasha's head put onto a smaller body. It's distracting from the intent of the picture.
Asides my rambling, awesome work per usual! Keep it up!

I really enjoy your work, I wanted to help you out a little since I do honestly adore your work. Even if I haven't commented in ages, I always like looking. Your renditions of Sasha and Milla are always fun and lively.
I am not, I repeat, not discouraging you from drawing fan kids. I'm encouraging it, since you have knack for getting the style right and having fun with it at the same time.

I just... I went through a couple of other designs before I settled for these two... But it looks like they weren't good enough, so yeah... I'll just have to try again then...

Hey, its okay. I know the feeling. Sometimes, bad moods just make your commenting process bunk up.
You could try out a few suggestions I had? It'd probably help break you out of any funk you have towards designing kid characters. (I.E: Daughter having Sasha's head shape, different hair styles, skin tones, etc)

Yeah, I think I might... Maybe... I don't know... I think I just suck at trying to design my own Psychonauts characters. I've been trying to draw myself in the style for ages and that still isn't going anywhere. I just shouldn't bother.

Don't give up hope, man. Just draw some inspiration from the source you do have. Aka Psychonaut's concept art. Take a look at how they depict kids/characters.
You could make their heads any shape you want, goof around with hair, fiddle with colors. The world is a open book and you shouldn't be discouraged from it.
