WoW!! this is an beautiful picture of sailor moon! the colors are so nice! its hard to believe its just color pencil. Color pencil is actually my favorite medium to work with and i applaud you for such a nice job! really really beautiful work. and i say, the pain it mightve been to do her hair, was well worth it. it came out great ^^

now im neither a fan of real life coloring mediums, or salior moon..
But both the drawing and mediums used to color it were executed together fairly good.
Although i'm not a fan of the salior moon proportions I'd have to say this is pretty good
