They look like some schools in Berlin, which unfortunately aren't abandoned. Btw, I prefer the neighbourhood shots.

I used to work for schools as a komputer guy and the third world-like circumstances were appalling. Only later it turned out that the school boards had millions upon millions stacked away in the stock markets as part of a management prestige race. Like building companies buying castles to hold their fancy conferences while tenants have to move mountains to get a roof leakage fixed, and are criminalized if they don't back off. The bastards.
