Description KK, so here is my markering assignment for B's class all gussied up and ready to roll.

This is obviously infamous, intergalactic bounty hunter Samus Aran (from the Super Metroid design), however she is sporting the black/platinum Phazon Armor that she obtains in Metroid Prime.

I liked the way it turned out (though my blend and black marker are dead) and just think's Samus looks damn sexy in her Black Armor.....

This is epic! I wish they would have kept the super smash bros melee model for samus in brawl, hacking it to have this skin over top of it, purely EPIC!

Lol I know exactly where that's from! It's like an insert from some of the SNES game packaging, and it said something about subscribing to Nintendo Power. Really awesome interpretation, man, love the energy comin out of her gun

You said you did this in marker, yet it is listed under digital art? Also what type of markers did you use? I'm curious how well those blender markers work.

Updated the image with a slightly nicer scan of it...the actual scan was updated as well since I added a few new highlights and deepend some of the black armor.

I just used the black, silver, red and blue....plus the blender. All of the black armor was done by just loading up the black on the page and then just using the blender to push it all out....

I also used a white pencil crayon for highlights, and will possibly touch it up with a bit of white gouache to make everything super shiny.

Very very good. Bruce should be impressed. I say should, because he'll rip you apart anyway, and then give you a decent mark. It's what he does
