Count Johann von Stollenheim the Third XD

I have been trying to draw this guy for WEEKS and I kept failing. He's one of the more significant characters in Not Princess Charming (see WIP chibis here: [link] )

I'm just up to the point in my manuscript where he turns up, and I realised I never described what he was wearing, so I was trying to work that out properly... he's wearin' a waistcoat. I don't know what it is with me and waistcoats (Loki wears one too).
