I really love the artwork you do, Pupukachoo!! I am one of those people who comment once in a blue moon, but adore your artwork endlessly regardless of the subject matter!
As for this piece, I really like the color palette you chose here. Especially how you chose to blend the colors is very interesting - it's not quite smooth shading, but it looks so unified! Looking at your artwork really is inspiring, and one can learn so much from it. One thing that I don't quite understand is how his face is so brightly lit and the rest of his clothes isn't? What was the reasoning behind that coloring? Is the character simply just that pale?
Overall, I realy like this piece! Please keep posting on dA. It's so nice to see it on here.

well, one reason behind lighting his face so much was to draw the eye. The other big reason is that he's wearing almost entirely black in a dark room, where as his skin is a light silver grey, so it's going to reflect light more instead of absorbing it (as black absorbs light, but a silvery grey would reflect it). So it was done both for actual light-reflection reasons as well as cheap art trick reasons (making the viewer look right where I want them to... otherwise if I was lighting him from "closest to the tv to furthest", the brightest light source would have been on his crotch and inner thigh lol and that's not really the focus of the picture)
