Thank you in advance for any comments and Faves. I try to respond to all comments but apologies if i do not respond to a fave. Please know that they are much appreciated.

The very first sunrise on our vacation to Daytona Beach, Florida. I'm not a big morning person, so getting up at 6 am for this shot was interesting to say the least. I've found that it's more over what I get up to do that allows me to get up easier sometimes. During school or work, getting up at 6 am is difficult, and miserable. Getting up to watch the sun rise over the horizon, is well worth it, and is enjoyable.

It had stormed last night, and I was worried the sunrise was going to be covered up by the clouds. It got covered up as it first broke over the horizon, and cleared up once it got past those layers of clouds.

I'm still learning how to get the exposure right on this, but I think the sun is decently exposed in some of the shots I got this morning.
