Pale Shade

The white-haired woman from Ars Harmonia, tie-in story to the game Vacant Sky.

That ultra-detailed hair wasn't part of the original plan, though I'm sort-of okay with it. The colors...well. Colors and I have a love-hate relationship, apparently. I tried my best to fix it, but noooo, the drawing wants to stay wan and purple.

Next Up: I'm not sure...not with things still piled up and my tablet wonky...D:

A little tribute to an enjoyable game and story XD And can't wait for the continuation of Ars Harmonia (and oh, the Complete Edition too)!

DAT HAIR!
THOSE EYES!

/le bows down to your awesomeness

btw, I just thought about this. Why not try changing the color from purple to blue? Like those teal colors? But still close to a neutral hue/shade/whatev. It might work?

/le tears D: Thank you, oh awesome creature with the green hair!

The purple tone was intentional, but I overdid it D: I tried adjusting it via Photoshop (it was way, waaay more purple and pale in its original state) and this is the best I could come up with making it look really weird (because the darker hair shading was actually blue). When I increase the...erm, 'blueness', the dark blue shading (the one near the bun) stands out in a really ugly way.

I'll do your suggestion on SAI, then PS. There's *something* on the way I flattened the image in PS that really did it though...hmm...
