This is extremely interesting to look at, with so many elements in the image. I am curious - were the pine trees included in the background on purpose? They seem to be somewhat in contrast to the more tropical look of the model and the parrot.

We had to work with the environment we had close because of the parrot and the owner having a tight schedule. But personally it does not bother me.

I was mostly wondering about the pines because it is possible to look at them as an intentional juxtaposition to the more tribal look of the figure. Thanks for settling my curiosity!

I rarely have any thoughts behind my images. We wanted to take some nice images with the bird and Ellem(model) suggested just being covered in jewellery and in the headpiece. I thought it was nice and we took this image.
