I love this photograph. The sepia colors make it look very old-fashioned at peaceful. I'm guessing the focal point is the bridge, am I correct? What you can do to bring the viewer's attention to the bridge rather than the other elements of the photograph is to utilize the blur tool, burn/dodge tool, and any filters necessary so that the viewer's eyes don't have to struggle to look at the focal point.

All in all, decent photograph. Colors fit well with the scene you took it at and all you need to fix is what I told you in the above paragraph. Nice work.
