I did this one in 2005. I can’t remember if I had used a reference photo or not. I guess Chibiusa looks a little bit angry. She’s hand drawn and colored with watercolor pencils. I added some glitter on her bow and sleeves but it didn’t scan well ^_^Chibiusa/Sailorchibimoon is copyrighted to Naoko Takeuchi
