Description
Like many in the Kingdom of Rage, Avalon was not happy with Rage's rule. While a regular protestor he felt the people's voices fell on death ears and rallied others to join him in splintering off from the Kingdom. With support from "most" of the Amber Council, Avalon and his followers built their new kingdom in a remote section of the Primal Stream and founded a parlament. Soon after others from the other Amber Council Factions joined him and their new parlament changed to accomadate them, expanding and messhing into an amalgom of the other factions.
