Description
The Moonstone Beast and Copper Beast (named Kite and Gloridean by their owners). They sent this and a good many more photos to me a couple months ago after attending a Renaissance festival.The Copper beast was an auction I sold last year. The Moonstone beast was a commission in which I was given full artistic liberty to make something that went with the Copper beast thematically.

Oooooooooooo I have pictures of the Moonstone Beast at the Colorado Renaissance Festival!! There was another one with giant wings. They were gorgeous! My son ((who was one at the time)) loved them!

I figured, from reading an earlier comment, that I'd throw in that I now own the Copper Beast (quite happily, I've loved the suit, and all of your works, since you first made it) and you'll see it running around AC.
I do have to ask though, how do you glue the paw pads on? Some of them are starting to come off around the edges and hot glue won't stick in the least (tested on one pad).

I had new handpaws made because these pads were starting to come off (plus the hands were a little small for me)

*nods* Would be fun to meet up at a con someday, as the new owners of these two suits! XD And yeah, I'll just hang on to the paws until they fall apart, and then have cloven hoof-hands made for her instead.

Congratulations! Hmm, I think I used silicone for those, though it might have been polyurethane. Come see me at my dealer's table at Anthrocon (C12) and I can get it fixed up one way or another.

I always wonder - especially the ones that disappear forever.
I definitely find it funny, though, to run into a costume of mine at a festival or convention. When it was in my studio it was an inanimate object. Now, suddenly, it's running up to me saying "Hi! Nice to finally meet you!" It's actually quite disorienting.
