Alright, so I'm trying to get back to drawing everyday like a few months ago. I MISS drawing everyday. I'm starting out with Megara, since she was top choice for next Disney girl.

When I saw the movie for the first time, I was like, "Woah, this chick has a lot of angles. She's trouble."
She definitely didn't look like a traditional Disney girl.
I think her strong personality would've already been ingrained in her as a child and her mother just encourage it.
For Meg's mom(I'm just going to name her...Pandora!) Yea, so Pandora, I think would have a strong personality as well. She's beautiful, has common sense and very smart. So Meg would be the same way.

But they both have a bit of a dark-side (as we know from Meg). Which is why she was designed in such a way.

For the costumes, I used drapery. It's pretty much all they wore back then. I made Pandora's dress a similar style to Meg's in the movie and put Meg in a toga. Dying fabric was expensive back then, so Pandora is the only one that has color in the drawing. Because Meg is still so young, she won't get a fancier dress tell a few years have passed.
