I don't think talent exists :3 In my humble opinion I think that talent is a word that was designed to make answering questions about art easier, kinda like how luck is used to explain chance events... again just in my opinion XD
For me, I think that really the only two important things to do to improve your art skills is to
1. enjoy what you do, so you constantly feel compelled to push yourself further
aaaand 2. is to constantly try new things
..but yeah, a kinda roundabout way to explain how i feel about the word 'talent'. I believe there's such a thing as skill, and maybe soul (by which i mean the personal connection and meaning your art holds for you), but that's it really i feel 
...anyway, sorry about the wall of text <.< I kinda tend to go off on a tangent, so don't by any means frel obliged to have to respond to this
