It was made using Illustrator CS, Photoshop CS, Painter 7.0 and GTKradiant.Sadly I do not have a process this time, but at least it's done!
No comments neccessary, there are better people out there.

Thank you. The background is painted over 3D-structures generated using Radiant, so it is partially 3D.

Wow this is a great piece. Is the background done in 3D? Her body could use more definition and those lights are kinda awkward but that is a great composition! I love the angle too. The face and hair is pretty good too.

Anyhow, the whole thing took me about 2 weeks all together, but I worked pretty much on and off on it because I had another job and also it was summer holidays and I felt the need to socialise with my someone special.

Very bold of you to make the background the real subject of this picture. It's absolutely wonderful. Such atmosphere and detail... You almost feel like the girl is getting in the way, but no, she has to be there... it's where she lives...
