He died at 13 years of age, 6 years ago on June 14 of 2005. He died of suffocation due to an enlarged heart. ( In other words, his heart was so big it prevented air from getting to his lungs.)
I loved him very much and sometimes it's hard for me to accept how much time has passed since his death.

soory 4 the loss i lost my yorkie when i was 3 she turned blind too fast and ran in to the back wall the vet said she wouldn't be able to get ovet the concussion and that if she had gone blind slower she would have got used to the surroundings onc againg sorry for your loss this amazing piece of art reminds me of my little tootsie (sniff sniff)

I have Yorkshire, his called the Rusty, and I love him so much.

I absolutely agree with you, Yorkshires are such beautiful dogs! After my yorkie died we bought a shiz-tsu because my parents and I didn't want to compare the new dog with our last one. Although I do love my Shiz-tsu, he's just not the same. He has such a stubborn personality, he will get into the garbage and jump on tables. He won't do anything that appears submissive, and he just won't listen in general.
If I had to pick another dog over again, I'd definitely chose another yorkie, there's nothing in this world like them
