Rockville can't handle all of that stuff. He leaves Lady_Akemi to the potions. And she has no idea how to bring the dead to life. Rockville can only extract souls and put them into bodies. He's only found a way to prevent the bodies (Stuffed animals) from rejecting them.
Lady_Akemi is a body maker/supernatural Doctor. And I can see some of that accidentally happen (Which is why she lives on the highest floor that is locked. But oh my. She's creepy. But not like that ;w;.
In my world. Once the soul has hit it's expiration date of being bodiless. It goes to it's final destination. Which cannot be reached/hasn't been. There is a supernatural world. Where Hallie grew up in. She was in charge of qhiping out love between ghosts. But she was lucky to have not completely died.
So Rockville applauds Bunny for being so talented. There is this one boy. Who has Rockville's creation written all over it. (He is a puppeteer. He is adopted. So you know who I'm talking about.) But. I think he fears himself being able to ever release/do that. Which is why if he was in Bunny's place. He would abandon the kids.
Why did Bunny bring them back to life?

Ah, well, in my 'story' Bunny's not the usual genius scientist, he's one who's really crazy genius and... Well it first started when he was bored, and he messed around with the corpses in his backyard, then he found it a pain in the ass since he was stepping on territory that could have dire consequences, so he decided he'd mess around next time.
A few years later, he found Blanc and Blau's corpses through a series of incidents, and thought he's try and see if bringing twins back to life would have any difference from the others. He calls up a shy necromancer he knows to make sure he doesn't accidentally kill himself and, now that his interest was piqued, experiments on the brought to life zombies, testing their tolerance for anything and everything he can come up with.
And now Bunny's not interested in zombie-making... If he marketed it, the profit's great, but the trouble's a heck lot worse. He definitely didn't want to have to wrestle a vengeful ghost out of his labs lol.
