For the words? I just Wrote the word, used the eraser tool to chop it up like that, and then used the stroke layer option for the border.

I meant on the outline around Cteno.Β It goes black, and pink, and black again, with drips in some places too.Β I have no idea outside of "stroke."Β .A.

Ooooooh WOOPS;;;; What I did was I made the black slimy effect under all of the main lineart and color layers. Then I made 2 copies of the lineart layer and put them under the slime effect. With the 2 copies, I used the stroke effect.
