The style here looks super cute! I really like the character’s expressive face, the outfit and the simple shading style. You have a good balance of decorative background (loving the details there) and a simple character – with an efficient composition. The color palette on the character is very balanced, but the background could use a bit more unifying. It’s lovely as it is, but with the character on top I’d stick with just red and yellows since they better match her tone (the purple is kinda too bright for the overall feel)

One thing that looks a little odd to me – are her boobs. Judging by the cleavage and the outer shape her boobs appear to be shaped more elongated than round. It also looks like she has big boobs that are only attached to the body on a really small area. Even if one does have big boobs  there should be more room between the cleavage and the collarbone. To fix this I’d lower her shirt’s neckline and adjust the straps of the vest to better curve around the boobs.  Her hand could use a bit more refinement as well, but otherwise the anatomy looks good.

i like it great background and a good placement of the scars but im not sure if that thing on her neck is a tattoo or scar its not readable other than that its great

Gee, I love her expression! It's fierce and she really looks like she's about to kick my ass. 
Your style is overall very nice while her face is very stylized (in a good way!), nothing looks really off. 
The first thing I noticed though, was the background. I think it's a bit convoluted and is a bigger focus point than your beautiful character. I think it would work better, if there wouldn't be so much going on. 
While the outfit of your character is very nice, I think you need to work on how clothing folds a bit more. Folds usually go away from points of pressure or action. Maybe look at this tut Tutorial - Clothing + Folds 1 , if you're interested. Overall I really love your artwork! Keep up the good work ; w ;
