you were sitting by yourself in the corner of the room, and you looked so insecure with your first mango. little did you know that soon you'd be eating mangos every day of your love life. the mango juice kept seeping through your fingers and you silently grew frustrated, but you kept eating the mango.

i gave you that mango as a secret gift because i was aware of the fact that you'd never had one before. when i first accidentaly found that out i was so shocked because mangos are my favorite fruit and i couldn't believe the boy i liked had never eaten one. so i bought you the best mango that i could find and left it there at the table you always sit at.

even thought i wasn't sure that you'd eat it, i left it there for you along with my little note. it was just a ripped piece of note book paper with 'i love you' scribbled in lower case letters. and i hoped youd eat the mango and love it.
