so i got this new moleskine. it's not the usual kind, with a black cover and elastic. instead it has a plain brown cover and it came in a pack of three. I LOVE IT. the black ones always kind of annoyed me because i couldn't open them all the way flat. so anyway.. the paper in this one is very thin and crispy so when i scanned this drawing the picture that was on the back showed through perfectly well. so i made it a bit more contrasty to try and hide it. so it looks pretty crap. so just imagine it without all those lines showing through her face!Related content

Great drawerin' and also way to make me jealous of your selection of more than one type of moleskine cover. I have only ever seen black here.

i'd only ever seen black as well, don't worry! maybe this is a brand new kind. moleskines are made here in italy so i'm sure they'll reach you soon as well.

this website where i ordered a really important xmas present for someone, and they sent me the wrong size, so i'll have to send it back to exchange it and i have no xmas present to give this person

It'll just be a late Christmas present. Can't they ship it next day air since it was their mistake? Call them and talk to a supervisor and get really crappy. That usually works.

it's a small independent company, and they're really nice. i talked to the owner and she was really sorry (like that helps) but i suppose they can't just ship out a replacement until i've returned the incorrect size, and it would take more than a week for it to reach them, or more, since it's christmas. and then.. yeah. so it sucks.
