Not very long to be honest. I sketched the, eh, normal Marik one night in bed when I felt like drawing Marik. Then the next night I picked it up again and drew the other two. Then, the following morning, when you're all "Oh, five more minutes!" and dozing in bed? That's when I shaded it in. The I had breakfast. 
So altogether, I don't know.
